    How can the useful change be implemented in bounded increments?

    What happens

    Implement the agreed direction in manageable increments, keep meaningful review points visible and resist scope that does not serve the operational problem.

    Working evidence that can be reviewed before unnecessary scope or investment is added.

    Verify

    Question

    Does the solution perform the intended workflow?

    What happens

    Test important behaviours, failure paths and human decision points. Check the result against the original operational problem, not only against a technical specification.

    Evidence of what works, what needs correction and whether the solution is ready to progress.

    Deploy & Improve

    Question

    How should the working solution enter real operations?

    What happens

    Introduce it deliberately, observe real operational use where appropriate, fix justified issues and improve further only when evidence supports doing so.
