Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you access and use the Lyra Current public website.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the public website operated by Lyra Current Pty Ltd. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about Lyra Current, our capabilities, working approach and representative demonstrations. It is not a substitute for a project-specific assessment, proposal or professional advice.

Website content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn without notice. We take reasonable care with public information, but the suitability of any software, automation, integration or AI approach depends on the actual business context.

3. Demonstrations and examples

Interactive examples, diagrams, internal builds and fictional-data demonstrations are illustrative. They are intended to explain how we think about operational systems and do not represent a live customer system, customer result, guarantee, quotation or commitment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Enquiries are not a service contract

Submitting an enquiry, consultation brief or email does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed with a project. Any paid work, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, timing, intellectual-property arrangements and other project terms will be agreed separately in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, graphics, interface designs, demonstrations and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lyra Current and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for ordinary business evaluation and personal reference. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, misrepresent or commercially exploit substantial website material without permission, except where allowed by law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • break the law or infringe another person's rights;
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code or intentionally disrupt website operation;
  • conduct security testing against Lyra Current systems without written permission; or
  • misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Lyra Current.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or depend on third-party services. A link does not necessarily mean that Lyra Current endorses all content, products or practices of that third party. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Lyra Current is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information provided through the website and business communications.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws applying in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under other applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.

Questions about the website can be sent to hello@lyracurrent.com.au or through our Contact page.
